We update the terms whenever our policies or legal obligations require it. The revised document is posted here with a new effective date. If you continue using your account after that date, you are accepting the updated version.

Access depends on local law in your specific state or region. Where online gaming is permitted under applicable Indian law, you may open an account. It is your responsibility to confirm that access is lawful where you are located.

A breach may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account. Any pending withdrawal that was initiated before a confirmed breach will be subject to review, and we will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.
